Termite & Pest Control Services in Sydney & Perth

Fast, safe and reliable pest solutions with licensed termite inspections, chemical barriers and general pest treatments for residential, strata and commercial properties.

How to choose a service

Match the treatment to the pest, property, and risk

Every service starts with the same practical questions: what pest is active, where it is nesting or entering, whether children, pets, tenants, customers, or food areas are involved, and whether prevention is needed after the initial treatment.

This helps us recommend a focused treatment instead of a generic spray, and gives search engines and AI assistants a clear summary of which page fits each pest control need.

For homes and rentals

Book targeted treatments for ants, cockroaches, fleas, spiders, bed bugs, moths, silverfish, rodents, possums, bees, wasps, and dead animal odours. We confirm access, safety steps, preparation, and aftercare before treatment.

For commercial sites

Cafes, offices, warehouses, strata buildings, and hospitality venues often need inspection records, discreet visits, bait station monitoring, and prevention plans that reduce repeat pest pressure.

For timber and termite risk

Termite and borer concerns should start with inspection, moisture review, and entry-point assessment. Treatment options may include baiting, dusting, barriers, timber protection, or ongoing monitoring.

For urgent hygiene issues

Rodents, cockroaches, wasps, bed bugs, and dead animals can create health, odour, or operational risks. Same-day bookings are prioritised where technician availability and suburb coverage allow.

Seasonal calendar

Which Pests Are Active Right Now

Australian pest pressure follows the seasons closely. Booking ahead of the peak is cheaper and more effective than reacting once numbers have built.

Spring, September to November

Termite alates swarm on humid evenings, wasp queens start new nests, spider egg sacs hatch, and ant colonies send out winged reproductives. This is the best window for an annual treatment because it removes populations before they build.

Summer, December to February

Peak activity across almost every species. Cockroaches breed fastest in the heat, fleas complete their cycle in a fortnight, redbacks appear around play equipment, and ants come inside chasing moisture.

Autumn, March to May

The most dangerous period for European wasps as food runs short. Rodents begin moving into roof voids as nights cool, and ants switch from sweet baits to protein, which is when many DIY attempts stop working.

Winter, June to August

Rodent and possum activity in ceilings peaks. Silverfish thrive in damp, poorly ventilated homes, and clothes moths work quietly through stored woollens. Termites keep feeding year round beneath a heated slab.

Standards

How We Work

  • Licensed pest management technicians operating under NSW and WA state licensing requirements, with public liability cover.
  • Only APVMA-registered products, applied at label rates, with the product name and registration number recorded on your service report.
  • Termite work carried out to Australian Standard AS 3660.2, with inspections reported to AS 4349.3.
  • Integrated Pest Management, which means identification, exclusion and habitat correction alongside treatment rather than spraying alone.
  • Native wildlife handled under the relevant state legislation. Possums and native birds are excluded, never harmed.
  • Written warranties on general pest work, with free re-treatment if the pest returns inside the warranty period.

Safety

Children, Pets And Sensitive Households

Most treated surfaces are safe once dry, usually within one to two hours. Baits and gels are placed inside cracks, voids and locked stations rather than in the open. Tell us at the time of booking if anyone in the household is pregnant, has asthma, or is chemically sensitive, and if you keep fish, birds, reptiles, bees or working dogs. We adjust the products and placement accordingly, and bait-only or bait-free programmes are available where a residual spray is not appropriate.

For food businesses, aged care, childcare and strata buildings we provide service reports, product records and treatment schedules suitable for a council or food safety audit, and can attend outside trading hours.

Pest Control Questions We Get Most

How often should a home be treated for pests?

An annual general pest treatment covering ants, cockroaches and spiders suits most Australian homes, ideally in early spring. Termite inspections are separate and should be done every 12 months, or every 6 months on high-risk properties. Rodent programmes are usually scheduled in autumn before the population moves indoors.

Do I need to leave the house during treatment?

For most general pest work, no. Flea and bed bug treatments require you to stay out for three to four hours while surfaces dry. Roof void or wall cavity dusting means staying out of that specific area for around two hours. We tell you exactly what applies when you book.

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use APVMA-registered products at label rates and place baits inside cracks, voids and locked stations. Surfaces are safe once dry. Fish tanks should be covered with the air pump off, and birds and reptiles moved out for the day, since they are far more sensitive than mammals.

Do you offer same-day service?

Where technician availability and suburb coverage allow. We prioritise wasp nests near entrances, childcare and school sites, rodent activity in food premises, and dead animal odour. Call rather than emailing if the job is urgent.

What happens if the pests come back?

General pest treatments carry a 6 or 12 month warranty depending on the package. If activity returns inside that period we come back and re-treat at no charge. The warranty relies on the treated surfaces not being washed off, which is why we ask you not to pressure clean the treated exterior.

Do you service rentals, strata and commercial premises?

Yes. We work with property managers, strata committees, restaurants, cafes, warehouses, aged care and childcare centres. Commercial work includes scheduled servicing, a numbered station map where relevant, and documentation suitable for food safety and HACCP audits. End of lease flea treatment certificates are provided for tenants.
